ACTING FOR ADULTS
Wednesday Evening Class
we offer a new course in:
* VOICE AND SPEECH
* MIME
* ACTING FORADULTS.
We are all to some extent performers.
Acting is part of everyone, but to communicate with The Audience you need to train

VOICE |
Training physically tunes the actor, it helps to develop the actor's most important tool, The Voice. A good actor has a Voice of range, power and flexibility.

MIME |
Performing is a physical activity, you must move well, your reflexes must be sharp so Mime and Movement are important aspects of the course.
|
ACTING |
Actors must develop Confidence, Self Expression and expand the Imagination in order that the works of a great writer filter through.
Acting work will cover improvisation in Term 1, Characterisation in Term 2 and
Text and Performance Skills in Term 3.

| TEACHING DIPLOMA |
| (London College of Music and Drama at Thames Valley University and Trinity Guildhall School of Music and Drama.) |
The Assosiate Diploma is complete in one year. The course includes, voice class, drama class, mime class,and practical class where selctions required for examinatoin will be prepared. Teacher training (Team training) with a wide age range is available at no extra fee and is a required section of the course.
